Intero Commercial works closely with our residential counterparts to service your commercial referral needs. We take our partnership with you very seriously, utilizing our broad level of commercial experience to place your client with the agent in our office who is best qualified to work on that specific transaction. We offer a 25% referral fee for all incoming referrals, and we NEVER assist them with residential transactions, as we will always leave those for you to handle.
