Held at the Fremont Intero office, the first ever Intero Commercial Symposium attracted an outstanding crowd of residential agents eager to up their game for both themselves and their clients. Speakers included former residential agent turned commercial broker Michael Young, who shared the knitty gritty of his journey (it’s not easy, folks!) and veteran leasing and sales commercial broker Yuan Chang, who regaled the crowd with tales of transactions gone badly wrong. Matt Hagar shared a unique strategy that allows property owners to transition from residential investment properties to commercial (and lets both agents earn commission in the process).

To top it all off, residential and commercial agents mixed and mingled for a catered networking lunch.
