Mukesh Advani is a real estate broker and a licensed California attorney. As an attorney, he has represented many real estate professionals, investors and consumers in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. He has intimate knowledge of the real estate laws and best practices in the real estate transactions so as to avoid potential pitfalls. Mukesh’s legal background benefits clients by providing a deeper understanding of contracts, potential legal issues, disclosure issues, and risk management in real estate transactions.
Mukesh has been involved in many real estate transactions as a broker. Many real estate investors greatly value Mukesh’s counsel based upon his experience as an attorney and as a broker.
In his law practice, in addition to real estate matter, Mukesh has also represented start-ups and emerging growth companies in general corporate law matters, equity financing, stock option plans, employment law matters, commercial contracts and intellectual property licensing agreements.
Mukesh is included in the Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and in 2014, 2015, 2018-2024 edition of the Northern California Super Lawyers. Mukesh has received several awards for his service to the legal community. Mukesh is the founder and past presidentof the original South Asian Bar Association (“SABA”) in San Francisco which was the inspiration for the formation of dozens of SABA chapters across North America with 26 Chapters and more than ten thousand members. Mukesh has also served as a member of the California Committee of Bar Examiners, the Ethnic Minority Relations Committee of the State Bar of California and the executive committee of the International Law Section of the State Bar of California. Mukesh has also served as Vice President and Chair, National Convention of South Asian Bar Association, North America. Mukesh continues to serve on the Board of two non-profit organizations.
Mukesh is a member of the State Bar of California and Bay East Association of Realtors.
